Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Jefferson Inn, Whitehall. We have reserved your room and if you have any questions please feel free to call our hotel staff at (406) 287-7924. Please note our lobby closes at 10 pm, and all arrivals must check in prior to that time. After hours check in is available through our drop box on the south side of the premises. Pre payment needs to be made prior to use these service. Guest is authorizing the card on file for any policy breaches such as but not limited to, no shows, cancellations, and damages. The guest acknowledge the cancellation and no show policy and understand that charges and fees may be collected for the card on file for the breach of any of these policies.
Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:


If the guest cancels more than 

48 hours in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded. 

If the guest cancels less than 48 hours

in advance, the payment is non-refundable. 

In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.


HOTEL POLICIES


The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

  • Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy
  • Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
  • Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
  • The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation
  • This property accepts credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments, and cash
  • Cashless transactions are available

Check-out: 10:00 AM

  • Pet fee: USD 25 per pet, per day (maximum USD 25 per stay) plus USD 25.00 one-time cleaning fee
  • Service animals are exempt from fees
  • Rollaway bed fee: USD 20.00 per stay
  • Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 3.00 percent
